DHL picked it up from my office two days later. Now, they claim the belt has scratches and refuse to refund me, insisting on returning the belt instead. This feels like a scam—avoid this service!

They didn’t provide any proof of how it was sent. When they returned the bag, it was not in good condition. This is completely unfair, and I will never use this service again.
