This has been the worst experience. I didn’t see the item upon arrival but returned it because I didn’t like it. They refused the return, claiming I scratched the bag, which I did not even see. They didn’t provide any proof of how it was sent. When they returned the bag, it was not in good condition. This is completely unfair, and I will never use this service again.
