BAD Customer Service and Tech Support
It has been three months. I’ve been trying to get a Customer Service Tech Support representative on the phone to no avail. That’s very challenging interface with AI bots and I received one phone call in three months from a an individual who really was not well informed I asked them to schedule a call. They promised I would get a call from a manager within 24 hours. The call never came every time you schedule a call. They don’t leave a number to call back, you can never seem to connect. I think the Ring has some plus points but one major negative point is that it will not track a second sleep cycle within the same evening to give you a full accurate reading . It’s very expensive and they then charge you six dollars a month but don’t give you the Tech Support and make it very difficult to communicate. I would purchase an Apple Watch and there are other devices out there that will give you the same without a monthly charge.
