Purchased an Oura ring after someone stole my previous. Paid for overnight shipping and it was delayed and overall, not delivered by FedEx. Contacted Oura and got a refund for the shipping and they resent the order out after my request to a different address, as I was traveling for work. Never got a confirmation e-mail so after about 4 days, I contacted them for an update. Found out it was still on the way to my home address. Was told they could stop the delivery or request to the new address.

I requested a stop and start over because I don't have any faith in FEDEX but the agent went ahead and "updated the shipping address". I said that's fine as long as it arrives to my hotel. Of course it didn't, and now I have to request a friend to drive over to my house so porch pirates won't steal it while gone for work for the next few weeks.

Oura was quick to send a replacement ring to me without any issue. It was the best experience I had with an AI assistant and then live representative.

I had a great experience with my Oura Ring 4 through out the year. Unfortunately, by the end of the first year of ring lifetime, the ring battery completely died. I’ve been surfing in it and living in humid climate, so it was not unexpected.

To my biggest surprise, it took just 3 MINUTES to order a replacement ring by warranty. The process is fully automated and convenient. Good job, Oura!

Oura really stands behind their product and their customer service is top notch! I recently scheduled a customer service call for a problem I was having with my ring’s battery after one year of use. The customer service rep called me promptly at my scheduled appointment time with a sincere desire to help. He listened to my concerns and after connecting with my ring remotely, he quickly identified the problem as a defective battery. He immediately offered me a replacement ring which was promptly shipped within a few hours of my call for delivery within three days. I received very clear instructions on how to decommission my defective ring and add my replacement ring to my account. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Oura really demonstrated a commitment to ensuring I was a satisfied customer and they definitely succeeded. I love my Oura ring!

Oura failed on multiple fronts. I was unable to return the ring through an automated system as it could not find my order number. After reaching to customer support, new number was granted and return was organised. However, after ring was collected, 2 weeks past and refund still has not arrived, despite their policy stating 14 days.
Overinflated brand that does provide some insights into your heartbeat, but mostly the ai bot tells you exactly what you want to hear instead of what you need to hear! Add to this a monthly subscription to already paid 500 AUD and you get the feeling as if you are getting milked for money. Finally, rings batteries fail after 2 years meaning you would spend around 700 AUD for your sleep tracker.
P.S. Why would the app not calculate meal calories??? My wife bought an app for 10 AUD that can do this! Overly frustrated experience!

My Oura ring started having major issues the last few months. Wouldn’t hold a charge, wouldn’t track data or connect to my phone. I contacted Finn, their help chat bot on Feb 22. Finn said they could verify that there were issues with my battery and sent a replacement request to the team. I was contacted by a team member later the same day and was told my warranty expired Feb 15. Even so, they still sent me a replacement ring free of charge and with no hassle. This is the type of customer service I would expect. Thanks Oura!

BAD Customer Service and Tech Support

It has been three months. I’ve been trying to get a Customer Service Tech Support representative on the phone to no avail. That’s very challenging interface with AI bots and I received one phone call in three months from a an individual who really was not well informed I asked them to schedule a call. They promised I would get a call from a manager within 24 hours. The call never came every time you schedule a call. They don’t leave a number to call back, you can never seem to connect. I think the Ring has some plus points but one major negative point is that it will not track a second sleep cycle within the same evening to give you a full accurate reading . It’s very expensive and they then charge you six dollars a month but don’t give you the Tech Support and make it very difficult to communicate. I would purchase an Apple Watch and there are other devices out there that will give you the same without a monthly charge.
