My Oura ring started having major issues the last few months. Wouldn’t hold a charge, wouldn’t track data or connect to my phone. I contacted Finn, their help chat bot on Feb 22. Finn said they could verify that there were issues with my battery and sent a replacement request to the team. I was contacted by a team member later the same day and was told my warranty expired Feb 15. Even so, they still sent me a replacement ring free of charge and with no hassle. This is the type of customer service I would expect. Thanks Oura!
