The customer service rep called me promptly at my scheduled appointment time with a sincere desire to help. He listened to my concerns and after connecting with my ring remotely, he quickly identified the problem as a defective battery. He immediately offered me a replacement ring which was promptly shipped within a few hours of my call for delivery within three days. I received very clear instructions on how to decommission my defective ring and add my replacement ring to my account. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
