Out family wizard is the last place to go for help. They suck and have no way to ask them any questions. Make a password and that password is invalid no matter how many times you change it. Do not pay for this piece of sjit service. You're better off going to court and paying a lawyer. At least you'll get a resolution. Our family wizard is more like just give me money and please don't try and use me. The absolute worst. Good luck
