I have experienced no communication. My accounts were settled into an account I do not own. When I attempt to call, I am left in the queue until a voice informs me that their hours are from 11 AM to 4 PM. I have definitely called during those times but have been unable to reach anyone. I sent emails over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. If they have received more business, they should consider hiring additional staff. My credit has been negatively impacted, and I haven't received any funds from it.
