Useless as tits on a bull. I went through all of the application process. Couldn't send my payslips through on the app, so I emailed them like asked and never heard anything back at all. So rude and unprofessional.

If I could rate a zero I would. Don’t waste your time. Approved for an unsecured personal loan at 11.95% then advised “oh! Sorry this should have been secured!” Spoke to some broker who then offered $55,000 unsecured at an interest rate of 18.95%, a broker fee of $2,000 and an application fee of $695. Have made a complaint via their preferred channel and have heard nothing. Just go to a reputable place and not these loan sharks.
I had high expectations when I applied for a personal loan and submitted the final paperwork on January 13, but I am left feeling extremely frustrated and let down. During the waiting period, I was without a car, which made it very difficult to manage my daily responsibilities, especially with two young children to care for. I was attracted by the promise of quick approval and a smooth process, but my experience has been far from that. On the morning of January 21, I went to pick up my new car, only to find out that the dealer had not received any funds. The stress of dealing with transportation issues while caring for young kids has been overwhelming, and then facing an additional two days without a vehicle is simply unacceptable. I reached out after the dealer denied access to our new car, requesting an expedited settlement, or else I would need to explore options with another financing provider. It’s disheartening that it took such a threat for them to respond within an hour.
I have experienced no communication. My accounts were settled into an account I do not own. When I attempt to call, I am left in the queue until a voice informs me that their hours are from 11 AM to 4 PM. I have definitely called during those times but have been unable to reach anyone. I sent emails over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. If they have received more business, they should consider hiring additional staff. My credit has been negatively impacted, and I haven't received any funds from it.
