I ordered a red light face mask on 12/25… it’s now 1/14 and I’m still waiting to receive anything. I got an email yesterday stating it was out for delivery with a tracking link. When I checked the link, it showed out for delivery in a location far from me. Customer service is incredibly difficult to reach. I would love to review the product, but at this point, I’m unsure if I’ll ever get the chance. Let my costly lesson help save you money.
