They claim both a 30-day and 60-day guaranteed return on their website. This is false. They require multiple steps, including taking photos to prove their product is malfunctioning before approving your return. Additionally, you have to pay for shipping it back. So, don’t order here if you think there’s any chance of returning, as their stated policy online is not what they actually follow.
I ordered a red light face mask on 12/25… it’s now 1/14 and I’m still waiting to receive anything. I got an email yesterday stating it was out for delivery with a tracking link. When I checked the link, it showed out for delivery in a location far from me. Customer service is incredibly difficult to reach. I would love to review the product, but at this point, I’m unsure if I’ll ever get the chance. Let my costly lesson help save you money.
I ordered an LED Gen2 mask. They sent the wrong item and it didn’t work! They wanted to send another one only after I returned the first one at my own cost. I didn’t want another, so I ended up spending a lot to return it! I shouldn’t have to pay for returning a DEFECTIVE product! BEWARE of this platform!
