I had a horrible experience at this location. The service and management were the worst I've seen, and I dine out frequently. We waited 45 minutes for appetizers, which included cold chili that had to be sent back. It took over an hour for our main dishes, and my steak was poorly cooked. I also faced rude treatment from the manager when I inquired about the delays. I’m seriously considering taking action against the management.
