We went to the Outback Steakhouse Valentine’s evening. We did not have reservations and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Our table was ready in 5 minutes. Ethan, our waiter was exceptional. We ordered a filet and it was the best steak we have had in a long time.We enjoyed our Valentines dinner.

Lately, the Outback in Christiansburg, VA has had amazing service and such helpful people...and they even brought back their Classic Wedge Salad! We have also been able to order extra (plenty) of topping on the salad too with no extra charge. Thank You!
If anyone is near Easton, PA you have to stop by the outback steakhouse. Everything on their menu is awsome. I just cannot say enough about this establishment. It is not only run by GREAT people but the service is awsome! They hire nothing but great people. If the Outback franchise was smart they would model this location!
I have been a long-time admirer of the service, but my experience tonight at a location in Las Vegas was disappointing. The wedge salad didn't have the same flavor I remembered, and the rice has been substituted with something unappetizing. I don't think I'll be returning to this establishment again.
We recently celebrated our anniversary after 44 years together and 28 years of marriage. It had been over three years since our last visit, and I was thrilled to find the place still open. Our meal exceeded expectations; the Alice Springs chicken was just as delicious as I remembered, and the bloomin' onion was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the shrimp and chicken fettuccine as well. The only downside was the high prices for the premium sides. I truly hope this place remains open; I can't wait to come back!
This was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff seemed confused and rude, constantly complaining. I know they just opened, but they had several practice runs and should have been better prepared. They didn’t know their sections or customers, and when I inquired about certain menu items, they were unsure and just disappeared.
I had a horrible experience at this location. The service and management were the worst I've seen, and I dine out frequently. We waited 45 minutes for appetizers, which included cold chili that had to be sent back. It took over an hour for our main dishes, and my steak was poorly cooked. I also faced rude treatment from the manager when I inquired about the delays. I’m seriously considering taking action against the management.

I was really looking forward to my visit, but it was quite disappointing. The steakhouse didn’t have Worcestershire sauce, and my $33 specialty steak was poorly cooked, gritty, and charred. I sent it back, but they returned the same poorly prepared steak. To top it off, my dinner was served on a tiny plate, and my request for a side plate was ignored. Terrible job; I won’t be coming back.
