I ordered a 4XL heated vest, checking the sizes carefully with the guide on the site. The vest arrived much smaller than it should have. I contacted the company multiple times via email; they initially asked for photos, which I sent, but then I received no further replies or a refund. They take your money, send you the wrong item, and don’t respond! It’s a scam! I’m over £70 out of pocket and will never buy from them again. I strongly recommend that others avoid this company if they care about their money! The delivery also took ages, and despite appearing to be a UK company, the items were shipped from Austria.
