Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. Save your money, your sanity and your time. I bought a saddle from them in early December, which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband. A few days before Christmas, I emailed to ask for an update on the order and was told there had been a delay - fair enough, Christmas is a busy time of year but I had ordered it in plenty of time. I gave them some more time and then emailed again in January, as over a month had passed and I still hadn't received anything - no saddle, no update. I asked them to cancel the order as I no longer wanted their saddle and wanted to cut all ties with them due to their awful customer service. They refused to cancel it and said I had to wait until it was delivered and then go through the returns process. The saddle finally arrived in late January, despite me not wanting it, and I quickly set about the returns process which set me back an additional £15. I then arrived home this week to find the saddle returned back to me because it had been refused upon delivery to the address they had provided me in Austria. I have never had to fight so hard to get a refund in my life. I can't help but think this is a bogus company.
