My partner accidentally ordered two pairs of barefoot shoes. The quality is poor, made from non-breathable fabric, and they didn’t fit. There is no way to return them. Returns must go to Austria, not the UK, and the process is terrible. Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I spent £150 on two pairs of subpar products.
