I placed an order for a heated vest on November 25. After three weeks without updates, I emailed the company to cancel my order. They replied that the order could no longer be canceled and would be delivered soon. As of December 21, my order still hasn’t arrived, and I have no idea if it will. I'm unsure if I can cancel the payment through my payment provider. I do not recommend ordering from this company; it’s the worst online shopping experience I’ve had.
