I ordered a heated vest as a Christmas gift. It took weeks before anything began moving, and I was in constant contact with the company via email, urging them to either deliver before I left for the holidays or hold the delivery until after. I was met with unhelpful automated responses and received spam about additional purchases. Eventually, they shipped the item long after I left, making it unattainable for me. This is a complete waste of resources; I will track it to an undeliverable situation, return it, and reclaim my money. It’s frustrating to deal with unresponsive systems.
