I ordered two heated vests, believing the company was UK-based for Christmas gifts. I received an email stating they would notify me when it was dispatched. The next day, I canceled my order, but despite it not being dispatched, they refused to refund me. They initially responded to two of my emails but have since ignored my follow-ups. I’m very frustrated. I ended up purchasing vests from another company that arrived in two days and were cheaper. This company's customer service is extremely poor, and their misleading advertising is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs; it’s been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
