5 stars for ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Delivery times and email updates complete lies. Still waiting delivery after 4 weeks. Promises never kept. Says factory inundated….has been since Feb/March looking at reviews. Colours ordered changed, debited at bank within 4 days of ordering: once asked to cancel - order strangely dispatched & was ‘on its way’DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Well the turned up on 1st Sept! Gloves pretty small, although back, fitted my wife but not me. Ditto scarf. Shoes were pretty small although 43…measured an inch shorter on sole cf other 43 shoes. Got on eventually. Feel warm. But again this company is not ‘in the Alps’ as claimed but in China! Be careful dealing with this company.
