I ordered a 4XL heated vest, checking the sizes according to the provided guide. However, the vest was significantly smaller than expected. I reached out to the company via email multiple times; initially, they requested photos, which I provided, but I received no further responses and no refund. They take your money, deliver the wrong item, and don't communicate! It's a scam. I'm over £70 out of pocket, and I will not buy from them again. I advise others to steer clear if they value their money! Additionally, it took a long time to arrive, and although they present themselves as a UK company, the items shipped from Austria.
