I am 78 years old and ordered a heated waistcoat to help keep me warm when fishing in the winter. I ordered a small men’s, a small women’s was delivered with a L label on it. Customer service advised that I return the item and they would replace it for the correct size. I returned the item paying the postage £15.40 for something that was not my fault. The courier has been unable to return the item to the address provided and the company will not give a refund for the item or the postage DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY in my view they are fraudsters
