A heated vest was ordered with size promise . When it arrived , needless to say , the vest was much too small. As other customers have discovered it becomes a farce to attempt returning the goods being told that the item will not be refunded basically.We have forwarded the vest to an address in the Peoples Republic of China but see little hope for a refund. Other people have been given return address's in Graz (Austria) , Hong Kong, Amsterdam (Holland )and various ficticious address's. Quite simply this company/companies are a front for 'scamming' the public. The consumer acts in the uk appear to allow such behaviour even when this behaviour falls within 'cross border' 'conning'. We have obtained an address within the UK and Trading Standards are being informed as to this criminal act.....false pretences etc.Will we get our money back ? Most unlikely but worth trying. The whole sorry story is immoral, criminal and stealing peoples money by any form is a disgrace.DO NO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEN OF THIEVES
