Absolute scam - they are not based in the UK, they are based in the Netherlands. Refunds are almost non-existent. Took me four months, about twenty emails, reporting to Trading Standards, then reporting to UKICC who deal with cross border disputes , and finally receiving a refund on the goods only - nothing back for the postage or the taxes paid to return the item, which were almost the equivalent of the item cost itself. I so wish I had seen the other posts about this company. Should be shut down!
