I purchased a pump for my inflatible standup paddleboard 13 months ago. It came with a 2 yer warranty. The pump failed and I contacted customer service. Within 48 hours of reporting the issue, they sent a brand new replacement pump. No BS or other hoops to jump through. They stood by the warranty and acted quickly to resolve the issue.
