I ordered two helmets and a pair of ski goggles for the season, marking my first experience buying gear, and I was drawn in by the excellent reviews online. The helmets fit perfectly, look stylish, and have a fantastic lining. I can't wait to hit the slopes. I do want to mention that my goggles were lost during delivery. HOWEVER, the support team was absolutely outstanding. They responded incredibly quickly and have already sent a new pair of goggles. They were also very helpful in answering my questions and were kind and supportive throughout the process. I'm really looking forward to trying out my new gear.
I ordered 2 pairs of snow goggles. When I received them, I found that one set had been used and was missing some pieces. I contacted the support team, and they were incredibly helpful. They quickly arranged for a replacement pair; I just needed to send a few photos to verify the missing or damaged items. Such issues can occur, but it's all about how a company responds. They handled it well, and I intend to order again in the future.
I ordered a ski helmet from them and was impressed by the product. Unfortunately though the package arrived visibly smashed. The support team was very helpful and sent me a replacement helmet. The shipment does come from China so it takes a considerable amount of time to arrive.
Bought a SUP pump a year ago which we have been very happy with unfortunately it developed a fault with holding its charge, I contacted the company and they were very helpful and gave us a replacement. We have been very pleased with the product and the customer service team is also to be commended, As a result I would definitely recommend this company to friends.
I purchased a pump for my inflatible standup paddleboard 13 months ago. It came with a 2 yer warranty. The pump failed and I contacted customer service. Within 48 hours of reporting the issue, they sent a brand new replacement pump. No BS or other hoops to jump through. They stood by the warranty and acted quickly to resolve the issue. Outstanding customer service!
Great customer service (CS)! I chose Blue Azure but was informed that there is no stock so option to choose another colour and also gave a USD20 off. The Rhino FF helmet came but (M) was too small so I shipped it back. When the Slate Grey (L) came, was a good fit. I used it the following day! Quality is good, beautiful design, lightweight and 27 vents! Inner lining is detachable for washing. Extra cheek pads (bigger). Would recommend it to my friends. Nicer if had a couple more colour choices. CS is great with quick response, sending follow ups & shipment tracking. Thanks Effy!
