My wife bought a pump from them they never mentioned we need to use a separate adapter or they never mentioned that we can't use it with 12V battery pack. But it didn't work. It sometimes works sometimes not. We reached them many times, their behavior was rude and out of customer satisfaction rules. We reported them to couple government organizations.
