I purchased a paddleboard to be sent to the UK the second time are used it I noticed that the valve was leaking and I could hear this Buzzin noise of air coming out. I am a complete novice, it was most probably leaking the first time I used it but unaware and too busy learning. I have contacted customer service through email on many occasions and I’m in a queue with a number, nobody is come back to me. I have asked on several occasions for them to call me but they say they cannot call the UK this is absolutely disgusting customer service when they can’t even acknowledge or contact you. The paddleboard didn’t even coming in it’s original box I think there is something really dodgy about this site. NOT HAPPYI would advise people from the UK not to purchase from this company.
