I ordered a double swing with slide and seesaw for my daughters for Christmas in early November. While the ordering process was easy and the delivery time seemed fine, my experience today has overshadowed that. When it arrived from the courier, my husband began loading it into storage. Upon unpacking it to assemble, we discovered that four beams were missing—essentially four of the six legs. I reached out to the service, and they informed me that the parts would ship today but wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. I was also told to expect a confirmation email about the shipment, which I haven't received, leading me to believe it wasn't shipped as promised. I had to drive a 50-mile radius today looking for the missing beams but found nothing. Now, just three days before Christmas, I'm left without my daughters' main Santa gift. I'm extremely frustrated.
