Really good quality my grandson loved it ! The lights are all the way around it looks very classy for a child’s car the only down fall was the personalised number plate it was just a sticker and because the envelope it came in was wet n dirty it wouldn’t stick ! Other than that the car was fantastic well done outdoor toys !!
We purchased a scooter for our nine-year-old as a step up from a smaller model, and it's larger, more robust, and built to last. Although it requires a bit more skill to ride, he mastered it in just one afternoon on two wheels with the larger frame. Overall, it's an excellent scooter, strong and likely to endure for a long time. In fact, my partner is considering getting one for commuting (it's about two miles in a city, making bikes and cars somewhat impractical). The seller provided excellent service, especially with delivery during the busy holiday season. In summary: great service, fantastic seller!
I purchased a bike for my 7-year-old and opted for express next day delivery since it was just 3 days before Christmas. It arrived on time without any problems. After chatting with a staff member, I decided to assemble it myself, and I found the process surprisingly straightforward, even for someone not very handy. Since Christmas day, my son has been using it daily and absolutely loves it; the three speed settings are perfect for different terrains. I ordered a 24v battery for my child's ride-on toy, and upon opening it for Christmas, I found that the battery appeared to be second-hand or a prior replacement. The terminals were bent and corroded. I'm very disappointed, especially considering the price we paid for it.
I ordered a double swing with slide and seesaw for my daughters for Christmas in early November. While the ordering process was easy and the delivery time seemed fine, my experience today has overshadowed that. When it arrived from the courier, my husband began loading it into storage. Upon unpacking it to assemble, we discovered that four beams were missing—essentially four of the six legs. I reached out to the service, and they informed me that the parts would ship today but wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. I was also told to expect a confirmation email about the shipment, which I haven't received, leading me to believe it wasn't shipped as promised. I had to drive a 50-mile radius today looking for the missing beams but found nothing. Now, just three days before Christmas, I'm left without my daughters' main Santa gift. I'm extremely frustrated.

We experienced excellent customer support—possibly the quickest responses to resolve a delivery issue. We attempted to handle it ourselves with the courier, but their links were unhelpful, and the phone queue was overwhelming.
