Recieved broken item from this company. I have reported it but two days later have still not heard back from them about handling my request for a refund. I have emailed four different addresses. When I call their customer service phone number they say that they are not available to take calls due to a high number of orders being managed and then they automatically disconnect the call. Extremely frustrating, terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
