Bought a winter jacket and ship it to UK. Slow shipping, took 2 weeks! When I open check the jacket, wrong colour sent. And after sending them 5 emails for refunding, they finally reply saying that I have to bear the delivery cost back to the Netherlands. I agree to proceed, then continue ghosted me for another week then finally send me the return label. And guess what, they recieve the jacket and send me back the same wrong jacket. Contacted them again the return, no more reply. Call them, dont pick up. SCAM ALART!!
I live in the US and just purchased a pair of Olang winter boots online (I was unable to find them anywhere in the US, even online). The experience with Outdoor XL was seamless. They contacted me after receiving my order with a very polite email to ensure that I was aware that additional tariffs/import fees that would be added to the cost and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order under those circumstances. I appreciate that they emailed to confirm, even though I had already factored in the additional cost from the tariffs. After confirming that I wanted to proceed with my order, they shipped my boots right away. I was amazed at how quickly they arrived. I received my new boots today and I love them! I am so happy I chose to purchase them from Outdoor XL. I highly recommend them, even if you are located outside the Netherlands. Thank you Outdoor XL for a great shopping experience!

First Class to deal with. Great communications. ( thank you staff for prefect English).I purchased a very sizeable tent and accessories. 4 days later it arrived in Ireland. Have no hesitation is dealing with Outdoor XL. 5 Star Rating *****Final word: I see bad reviews left because import / duties have to be paid on deliveries from Outdoor XL. This has nothing to do with this retailer. If like me you are within the EU then zero duties apply. Check with your local government before complaining.
Customer service is really really bad! They answer but it doesnt seem that they know or care about the inquiry. The price of a tent just goes up by 50 EUR as soon as I added to the shopping kart. I ask them to explain or fix the problem but it seemed like i talk to the wall.
I ordered a pair of K2 Wayback 98 men’s skis from their website. The invoice shows the men’s version but the skis that arrived were the women’s version. 10 days later and I’m having great trouble getting any response to my emails. Very disappointing and frustrating. Have now had email response authorising return and confirming full refund, so all’s well that ends well.
It was my first online order from OutdoorXL.nl and everything was amazing. The price of tent I bought was very cheap comparing with my country. Delivery was very fast without any issues. I got my tent after 3 days since my order was placed(Shipped to Lithuania). First purchase so far so good. 100% recommendations if u're looking best price, big assortment of everything and fast delivery.
