Due to initial unanswered replies, I gave a negative review;I was wrong. I ordered a 10000 BTU unit and I not them have been a real pain, but Michael has put up with me and answered all my concerns and bent over backwards to help me.So if they are busy and do not answer ASAP be patient as they really are great.
