Ordered a pair of winter boots Feb 7. Waited and received zero emails about when the item was shipping. The original email stated that it would arrive roughly 2 weeks after I ordered. So I was patient...Then today (Feb 18th) I received an email saying my order was refunded. Zero reason or offer of a credit of any sort. Just that I needed to wait several business days for my return. I checked the website and the item I ordered was still available online and in the same size I selected!Emailed for a reason and zero reply from the customer service.Do not waste your money. I sadly am unable to order the boots elsewhere now because the season is over. I wish I could have given them zero stars.
