Ordered a pair of winter boots Feb 7.
Waited and received zero emails about when the item was shipping. The original email stated that it would arrive roughly 2 weeks after I ordered. So I was patient...
Then today (Feb 18th) I received an email saying my order was refunded. Zero reason or offer of a credit of any sort. Just that I needed to wait several business days for my return.
I checked the website and the item I ordered was still available online and in the same size I selected!
Emailed for a reason and zero reply from the customer service.
Do not waste your money. I sadly am unable to order the boots elsewhere now because the season is over.
I wish I could have given them zero stars.

Placed an order for work boots on Dec 18th and paid 60.00 for 2 day shipping as I needed the boots fast for work. Requested tracking and was advised on Dec 22 (4 days later) package was sent via Canada Post and due to arrive on January 15th. Then received an email from Claudette with the tracking number. Package delivered and signed for on Dec 23 somewhere in Manitoba…I live in NB! Agent then adivsed error was made by the boot company Terra? Spent many hours sending emails and phone calls. One girl in customer service on Dec 28th …not another person available to help. Requested refund or boots to be mailed immediately. Agent advised she would have to wait until someone else was as working to help. Agent then advised I was emailed the wrong tracking number but couldn’t provide me with a correct tracking number. Worst shipping experience ever, non existent customer service. Buyer beware!!!
I opened an account to purchase large coyote fur/skins and parka strips for a project. I had made purchases on 3 different occasions, with the parka strips being the first. The products I received were lovely fur pieces as described on line, however, there was an error made with pricing. After speaking with the service people, who I found understanding and polite, they saw the error and a credit was processed to correct. I made 2 other purchases of 3XL coyote skins, and I did have an issue with the quality of one. After speaking to customer service and emailing, they had no problem replacing the skin and a new skin was sent (of my choice) All the coyote skins are lovely and good quality. On all purchases, the postage was free as agreed, and I have to admit, lightning fast out of province. The other point worth noting was the direct communication with the customer service and the fulfillment people…who answered my phone calls, emails and texts promptly and went out of their way to ensure I was sent a replacement coyote skin I would be happy with. Thank you for your help and I look forward to future shopping.
Not Happy! Ordered coyote skins 2xl two separate times and free delivery was applied both times. Ordered a 3rd skin exactly the same and was charged for shipping. It was standard shipping speed all 3 times. When I googled coyote skins it came up as free shipping from Winnipeg outfitters. Repeat business is the foundation of any business! I also started 2 separate chats about measurements of fox skins and received no response to either chat. Not a good way to treat customers. Doug Myers.
I was able to find the winter boots I wanted easier and faster than in a store. Being immunocompromised makes it harder to shop where there are a lot of people. I tried to get winter boots in a store and the staff were pushy, and they didn’t give me time to say what I wanted. As a senior, people always seem to talk down to me like I don’t know what I want. My experience wasn’t good in the store. I can shop in the comfort of my own home with the help of my daughter. Thank you for your ad I got to see on my daughter’s computer. We went to the website and now I have my winter boots coming soon. Joyce Rooney
Great experience dealing with this company. Originally, I did not receive what I ordered. The company was proactive in resolving the issue. Communication was prompt and company was true to their word. Shipping was also very quick. Product received was exactly what I was looking for and very well made. I will definitely order moccasins from this company again.
