Placed an order for work boots on Dec 18th and paid 60.00 for 2 day shipping as I needed the boots fast for work. Requested tracking and was advised on Dec 22 (4 days later) package was sent via Canada Post and due to arrive on January 15th. Then received an email from Claudette with the tracking number. Package delivered and signed for on Dec 23 somewhere in Manitoba…I live in NB! Agent then adivsed error was made by the boot company Terra? Spent many hours sending emails and phone calls. One girl in customer service on Dec 28th …not another person available to help. Requested refund or boots to be mailed immediately. Agent advised she would have to wait until someone else was as working to help. Agent then advised I was emailed the wrong tracking number but couldn’t provide me with a correct tracking number. Worst shipping experience ever, non existent customer service. Buyer beware!!!
