They changed the returns process via Evri; they sent me labels that the courier doesn't recognise or scan; repeated emails with little or no help from customer service; and no phone support. Automated e-mails demanding the return of the trunk. Absolutely appalling service from them, clothes aren't worth it for the level of stress
