Good clothing products provided with thought. Absolutely abysmal service. I returned a box with all but one item kept and was subsequently charged £180 extra for unreturned items. I have sent 3 emails over 2 weeks and have not heard a dickie bird back. What is the chance of getting any of this stolen money back. Zero I imagine. Really really dissatisfied and think this is so unacceptable. I have no way of resolving this. I would avoid this company as clearly they cannot deliver anywhere close to the customer service required form a company of this stature.
Arrived 2 months late than expected with no communication from them. Items arrived in a wet soggy box. The quality of the items themselves were very very poor. The £45 T-shirts material was like polyester trash you can get on Temu. The hoodie was thin, itchy, and they were charging £75 for it. I tried searching up some of the brands put into the box, just to come back mostly empty handed. 2 of them don’t exist. And the ones that do are not at all premium. Clearly just cheaply manufactured overly priced garbage.

Hwving not liked most of what the website suggested I ended up settling on just two items for my first box. And what a disappointment. A sweater that looked like it had come straight out of a jumble sale and a dull shirt. £65 each. Ridiculous. Returned and subscription cancelled. Wish I’d read Trustpilot first.
Received a box from Outfittery, but sent everything back - received confirmation e-mail to confirm this - now Outfittery are saying they received my box and want £511 for the items that were in it .. as though I’d send back an empty box !? On further investigation this looks like a usual occurrence from this company - sad.
Do not use this company. They changed the returns process via Evri; they sent me labels that the courier doesn't recognise or scan; repeated emails with little or no help from customer service; and no phone support. Automated e-mails demanding the return of the trunk. Absolutely appalling service from them, clothes aren't worth it for the level of stress
I have been a customer of Outfittery for some time and purchased many items. My latest box arrived in January and the selection was not great. I wanted to return most of the items. When I logged in to make my selections and pay, the app wouldn’t let me process the order and pay for the items I wanted. The website never works. I decided I would try again later as it was clearly a problem on their end. Outfittery then attempted to take nearly £1,000 from my account for the full box. I emailed their payments team to explain what had happened and ask them to allow me to pay for the items I wanted.I received a blunt email from an Olivia Lookiero which essentially said that the “debt” was outstanding and would need to be paid.I responded to say again I was happy to pay for the items I wanted to keep but the problem was on their end when I tried to pay and surely the order could be reversed.Olivia Lookiero responded with an incredibly patronising email not admitting to any mistake on their part and advising the full amount would be payable until the box was returned, at which point the order could be reversed and the kept items could be paid for! Appalling customer service and responses akin to a dodgy debt collection agency. I will not be be using Outfittery again and will be sharing my experience with others.
I have sent 3 emails to outfittery as they said I did not return a pair of culottes at £80. They proceeded to charge me me, despite my 3 emails saying the culottes are definitely in the box. No reply at all to any email and they took payment super quick. So please be aware that even if you do return items they may do what they have done to me and take payment and then ignore your emails. Such a shame. I will not be using this company again as the items are not cheap and the lack of reply is infuriating
