I previously had to cancel my credit card because of this company sending me a box i didn't order (on the back of Stitch Fix going bust and selling them my details). Then i sent it back, they tried to claim i had kept items which i hadn't, then started sending me debt collection letters. Now, months later another box has landed on my door step. I suggest you arrange a collection as i haven't ordered it, and i am not going out of my way to organise another return, nor do you have any up to date credit card details. I've also had numerous order confirmation emails for boxes that have never arrived. Sort yourselves out!
