The quality of the clothing is fine, and the choice made was also to my style. The problem came with returning unwanted items. I'm mobility-impaired with MS and the box is huge and cumbersome. I cannot physically get it to my car and the Evri drop-off point as a result. The previous company Stitchfix collected from my home, which is why I assumed the same option would apply here as Outfittery bought Stitchfix. It seems this is not the case. I'm not asking for any special treatment, but home collection suited me perfectly, and I suspect it would many others.As a result, I won't be recommending or continuing and I still have to figure out how to get the box back to them without them charging me for items I am returning. Unless I hear from the customer service in the next 24 hours, I will pay to have a privately returned. Despite having made my purchases for this month, and the money being taken, the customer service is pretty dire. I have been trying to explain this situation for over a week now and have sent four separate messages to their contact number with no response. I also requested an extension whilstI figure out what to do to get the box back and again no response. Very impersonal and certainly not customer-focused.
