Outfittery have sent me a box of clothes which I don't want. I am not a customer, and I never made an account or placed an order. I do not want to use Outfittery. I *think* I was transferred across from Stitchfix, but I have no way of knowing. After returning the box, Outfittery have made it incredibly difficult to remove myself from their database. Here is the abridged version of my tale of woe:1. March 2024: Outfittery send me a box. I return the box.2. I email Outfittery customer service and explain the situation. They clarify I don't have an account linked with my email, but then don't respond to my further emails.3. April 2024: I get another box. I email Outfittery again. They advise me 'to ensure a swift resolution, we recommend initiating the cancellation directly through your dashboard'. I explain I do not have an account so I am unable to log in and access any dashboard. They don't respond to my follow-ups.4. I try to ring Outfittery on three separate occasions, but after waiting on hold, each time it eventually hung up saying all their operators are busy. Please just let me cancel, your dire customer service is giving me a headache and I'm not even a customer. Would not recommend.EDIT: changed from 1 star to 2 stars because AFTER this review was posted I got a smooth resolution.
