This company is awful!!! I was a previous Stitchfix customer and out of the blue received a box from Outfittery. I did not request this box. I returned the full box straight away and requested for my account to be closed. A month later i received an email requesting payment for a dress I did not keep. I have tried contacting Outfittery several times to dispute this but no reply. I am now receiving more threatening emails about instructing debt collectors. This is very concerning and causing distress. As a result I am seeking legal advice on this matter and the fact that Outfittery are clearly in breach of data protection laws because I didn’t give permission for my data to be transferred.
