I really want to like this company but it is impossibleI have had a couple of boxes from them and now mysteriously am being sent a a seocnd one for May which I neither need nor want. The last box missed an item which I have now been invoiced for. I emailed the customer service option but the only repsponse I have received is to tell me how they have not been able to pick up my initial message because they have been inundated with customer queries. It is impossible to reach OUTFITTERY in a reasonable manner or time frame. You can't get through to anyone and it takes weeks to get an answer to your customer query form and that is if you can manage to access it via their website which seems to have its objective to be as confusing and unhelpful to customers as possible. I can see this company is trying because they seem to asnwer Trustpilot reviews faster than actual customer queries so I am hoping someone there sees this and does something. It is clear that this company is facing massive operational and technical challenges and I have to wonder why they insist on keeping going if they can't do the basics right.
