Update: I have received a helpful email from Georgios confirming I don’t need to pay and updating my account. I, like others it seems, received a box that I didn’t order and have been charged for an item within it that I didn’t keep. I was previously a very happy stitchfix customer but never interacted with any email sent from outfittery so was surprised when they sent a box without me ordering it or giving them any of my details. I had a quick look inside the box and noticed one of the items listed wasn’t actually in there, I wrote this on the slip and sent it back straight away. I have since emailed 4 times in response to emails saying I have kept the item to make it clear it never was in the box in the first place. I have just received another email saying it will be escalated to a debt collector!! It says in the email ‘If you have any question or need support settling your balance don't hesitate to contact us at’ which I have done four times with each time being told they are experiencing high levels of queries so will take longer to respond. I have had one email telling me how to cancel an order which is clearly not relevant as the order has already been sent and returned so the options given to cancel it isn't available. I would not trust this company, especially as this doesn’t seem a one off mistake!
