I was a stitch fix customer who decided to give outfittery a go when they took over. The service I have received from day 1 has been absolutely shocking. Orders are placed for a specific day, but the process doesn't start until a week after that day. Then once you've made your selection it takes another week to get shipping and another week to receive the items. Can take a month after your selected date to actually receive anything and then once you return items you don't want/keep the ones you do it can take a month for them to take payment, which means you may no longer have that money set aside. There's not an option to manually pay, you have to wait for them to just take it. Both times I had boxes I had to email them a month later and ask them to please take what I owed because I was walking around in clothes I hadn't yet paid for. The last order I placed was ordered for 15th April, its now 12th may and my order still says waiting for shipping. I have reached out to customer service 3 times, first to ask where my items are, second to ask to cancel my order and delete my account and third time to ask again to delete my account as I'm sick of how awful they are. Each time I have received no reply.
