I was originally from Stitch Fix and decided to give Outfittery a try. I received my first box mid October and returned the rest of the box immediately using the provided Royal Mail return service.1 month later they have charged me almost £250 for the items I returned and are not replying to any emails. I'm also now worried they're going to do it again as I have an order that is waiting for shipping and despite the FAQ saying it is still possible to cancel this order. The button is conveniently missing from the website.
