This company has just attempted to take over £600 from my bank account for an order that I didn’t get 5 months ago because they sent it weeks late while I was on holiday and post office returned it. Which Outfittery themselves confirmed had happened at the time. This is a follow-up mess-up because they also charged me for items I didn’t keep in an order prior to this. I had also asked for my account to be closed and my financial details removed which obviously hasn’t happened. There is something deeply wrong with Outfittery and its processes, your credit card details are unsafe in their hands as they will attempt payment at any time without even notifying you they are about to attempt it. I am now going to pursue this matter further.
