I have used Outfittery a for over a year now. Until now all was good. I was generally happy with most of the clothes they sent, however I do think they need to listen more when making their recommendations. Everything has been okay until now. Having received my latest box I returned all of the items except one. Unfortunately Outfittery have decided to charge me for 2 items. I have raised a complaint and all I have so far is an automated response. Now the trust has gone and I am not sure I will use them again which is a shame and I am shocked to see some of the reviews I otherwise would not have done had it not been for this problem. I am currently £85 out of pocket and not sure if I will ever get my money back. Need to be more responsive.
