I've unfortunately joined the ranks of those who have received a Stitch Fix box without my authorization, even after I made sure to cancel my Stitch Fix subscription. Compounding the issue, their correspondence ended up in my spam folder, so I remained oblivious to the entire situation until an unexpected charge of 530 pounds appeared on my account.Echoing the sentiments of numerous frustrated customers, I've found their customer service to be unresponsive; phone calls go unanswered and emails remain without reply.This experience has left me with the impression that the company may be engaging in highly questionable, if not predatory, business tactics, or at the very worst, operating a scam.I feel compelled to caution others to think twice before engaging with Stitch Fix, and from my perspective, it would be wise to steer clear altogether.
