This company is the worst I have ever dealt with - Breached GDPR to obtain my details- sent a box of clothes I had not ordered- ignored emails to arrange collection to return it- applied pressure to pay for box- eventually returned box, which was acknowledged as returned, but now receiving threatening letters around debt collectionREPLY TO MARIA : I'm unable to share my customer number and order number as I've never ordered anything from this company - hence my complaint !! I've already emailed Laura this morning, and about 2 months ago - still waiting a response to the earlier mail.
